This recently completed (March 2008) 4500 square foot home on Santa Barbara Beach features a classic island home design. A gracious front porch, entry and foyer provide a grand entrance to this home. A great room featuring a stone fireplace and kitchen and living room offer an upscale, yet comfortable living space overlooking a salt water pool and back porch.
