This large home had been a rental property for ten years and the owners wanted to turn it into their dream home. They wanted to utilize the upstairs FROG for a family room and home office, plus update the kitchen and redecorate the downstairs living room. Lighting was added in all three rooms, new paint, a large built-in of a TV cabinet, bookcase, and window seat, new carpeting, furnishings and granite countertops, sink, and fixtures. A room layout design was created for each space, including the design of a large built-in for the upstairs family room. The large built-in included a television and game station cabinet, bow front window seat and bookcase with additional office file storage. Hunter Douglas Nantucket blinds and a valance were added for the window treatments. The completed project required ten weeks from our first meeting to final installation.
